Our Rich History
in Hudson
In 1951, Fairview Senior Living began as a humble 18-bed converted summer home.
Over the decades, our dedication to personalized care allowed us to grow organically alongside the Hudson and Nashua communities. By 1981, we had expanded to beautifully accommodate 52 residents.
In 1996, we proudly opened Laurel Place Assisted Living to offer even more lifestyle options to our community. We continued our purposeful growth in 2014 by opening The Inn at Fairview, our dedicated memory care neighborhood, alongside our state-of-the-art Fairview Rehabilitation center.
What truly sets our community apart is the incredible longevity and dedication of our caregiving team.
Leaders like our executive director of assisted living, Sylvie Cotnoir, have been with the Fairview family for over 30 years. This deep commitment creates a rare, multi-generational bond where children of past residents often choose us for their own retirement.
We maintain ongoing partnerships with the Hudson and Nashua Senior Centers, the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, and local charities.
As a proud member of the New Hampshire Health Care Association, we continuously advocate for the highest standards of senior care.
