Since 1951, Fairview Senior Living has been a trusted part of the Hudson community, providing compassionate care and a welcoming place for older adults and their families.
From our beginnings as an 18-bed care center to the senior living campus we are today, Fairview has grown alongside the community we serve. Through every chapter, our commitment has remained the same: to care for each person with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.
For generations, local families have turned to Fairview for trusted care, personal attention, and a strong sense of community. We’re proud of the relationships we’ve built and the many residents, families, and team members who have become part of Fairview’s story.
Our Rich History
in Hudson
Fairview Senior Living has been part of the Hudson community since 1951, when it began as a converted summer home caring for just 18 residents.
As the needs of local older adults and families grew, so did Fairview. By 1981, the community had expanded to 52 beds. Laurel Place Assisted Living opened in 1996, followed by The Inn at Fairview Memory Care and Fairview Rehabilitation in 2014.
Today, Fairview continues to grow and evolve while remaining rooted in the same values that have guided us from the beginning: compassionate care, personal relationships, and a commitment to the community we call home.
What truly sets our community apart is the incredible longevity and dedication of our caregiving team.
Leaders like our executive director of assisted living, Sylvie Cotnoir, have been with the Fairview family for over 30 years. This deep commitment creates a rare, multi-generational bond where children of past residents often choose us for their own retirement.
We maintain ongoing partnerships with the Hudson and Nashua Senior Centers, the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, and local charities.
As a proud member of the New Hampshire Health Care Association, we continuously advocate for the highest standards of senior care.
