Your Days,

Your Way.

Always Something to Look Forward To.

While every resident’s day is entirely their own to design, we provide diverse physical and social activities daily.

Here is a look at what a typical day looks like on our warm, welcoming campus.

What Makes Our Approach Unique?

Resident-Led Experience Planning

We believe active programming should always reflect what our residents actually want to do, learn, and try.

Our activities team conducts monthly surveys to build custom events and creative clubs tailored to resident passions.

Worry-Free Living in One Community

At Fairview, our complete continuum of care ensures you enjoy peace of mind with zero hidden charges.

We manage all cooking, cleaning, laundry, and home maintenance, allowing our residents to focus entirely on their passions and relationships.

Enriching Mind & Body through Activity

We offer exercise classes for all mobility levels, including seated yoga and balance training.

For spiritual comfort, residents enjoy a peaceful on-site chapel, non-denominational Bible studies, and weekly Catholic Mass.

All-Inclusive
Support Features

Our campus-wide amenities are tailored to make daily life comfortable, convenient, and safe. These services are fully managed by our dedicated, compassionate care team.

Our campus services include:

 • Daily Housekeeping: Enjoy complete daily housekeeping and flat-linen laundry services managed by our team.
 • Clinical Supervision: Access twenty-four-hour on-site nursing care, including professional medication administration and management.
 • Modern Suites: Live comfortably in safety-focused private suites featuring individual kitchenettes and walk-in showers.
 • Shared Spaces: Relax in beautifully appointed shared spaces, including a library, social lounge, and a newly updated cafe.
 • Priority Transitions: Receive priority transition placement across all four levels of care on our beautiful Hudson campus.

Enriching Activities &
Community Connections

Our dedicated activities directors, Joy and Annalise, design an engaging monthly calendar focused on socialization and physical wellness.

We offer diverse, community-led programs that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit. We welcome family members to join us for any of our daily events or local road trips.

Our activities feature…

 • Fitness Classes: Join group fitness classes, walking clubs, and fun Wii sports tournaments to maintain mobility.
 • Creative Arts: Explore creative crafts, painting classes, scratch-baking groups, and community gardening.
 • Live Entertainment: Enjoy live musical entertainment, movie nights, trivia, and interactive board games.
 • Spiritual Programming: Participate in spiritual programs, Bible study classes, and weekly on-site Catholic Mass.
 • Local Outings: Attend active local outings, including shopping trips, bowling, and visits to the Nashua Scarecrow Festival.

Gentle Therapies, Big Breakthroughs.

We specialize in forward-thinking, non-pharmacological therapies that manage daily anxiety and support cognitive health.

Clinical Music Therapy Programs

Fairview employs a full-time, Board-Certified Music Therapist who addresses emotional, cognitive, and social clinical goals.

We customize each session to our residents’ unique skills and interests to encourage cognitive engagement and reduce anxiety.

Therapeutic Animal Connections

We are proud to partner with Strongwater Farm, an exceptional therapeutic equestrian center in nearby Tewksbury, Massachusetts. This incredible program brings therapeutic miniature horses directly to our Hudson campus for peaceful, comforting visits.

Residents also take scenic bus trips directly to the barn to experience peaceful animal connections in a serene, natural environment.

Homemade Comfort on Every Plate.

At Fairview, dining is a delicious, social experience under the leadership of Dining Director Stephanie and Dietitian Missy.

Scratch-Made Heritage Baking

Our culinary team hand-crafts daily meals and baked goods, including fresh dinner rolls and seasonal pies, using local New Hampshire ingredients.

Brain-Healthy Menus

Inspired by cognitive studies, our menus blend brain-boosting, antioxidant-rich ingredients into beloved New England comfort classics.

Interactive Forums & Pop-Up Dinners

Stephanie hosts monthly “Food for Thought” forums for resident menu feedback, alongside elegant monthly themed pop-up restaurant nights featuring live local music.

Frequently Asked Questions

You may be the first to notice your loved one needs additional support in their day-to-day life. It’s important to be diligent when suggesting someone you care about making the transition. It can be a difficult decision.

Typically, if your loved one is beginning to neglect their responsibilities, health, and hygiene, it may be a sign that they are having difficulty performing daily activities. Forgetting doctor’s appointments, frequent bruises, and a generally untidy home and yard can be warning signs that you may need to discuss assisted living with your loved one. If your loved one is alone all day with little social interaction, their social needs may not be met and they could benefit greatly from being a part of our community.

We can provide top-quality care to alleviate stress on you and your family.
30 day respite is available.

Moving into a new place can be intimidating for anyone at any age. Making the change from independent living to assisted living can mean significant changes for anyone, but we want to help. We work hard to ensure our assisted living suites are inviting and comfortable.

If your loved one is having a hard time adjusting, they’re not alone. Be sure to visit them as much as possible so they can be surrounded by people they care about. Additionally, bring them some photographs and personal belongings to make their suite feel more like home.

It can be difficult to discuss when your loved one may need to transition from independent living to assisted living. If your loved one is having a hard time understanding why assisted living is necessary, our compassionate and empathetic staff can help give you the resources needed for a productive conversation.

If your loved one struggles with memory and experiencing cognitive impairment symptoms, memory care may be a preferable option.
If you or your loved one are struggling to make a decision, you can always try a 30-day respite.

Before residents can move into our community, they must first fill out our application form. If approved, we will request physical and medical information.

All potential residents will receive a pre-admission screening to determine the level of care they need, including what medications, dietary restrictions, and physician orders they must follow. They will then sign various forms including our Residency Agreement before scheduling a date to move in.

Our residents can receive visitors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no appointment necessary.

Our short survey assesses your unique situation and provides guidance that fits your needs. Take the 5-minute survey by clicking here./gr
