What Is Skilled Nursing?
Skilled nursing provides 24-hour care and medical support for individuals who need a higher level of assistance than assisted living can provide.
This may include ongoing nursing supervision, medication management, wound and pain management, assistance with daily needs, or support for chronic and complex health conditions.
At Fairview, care is tailored to each resident’s individual needs, with our nursing team working closely with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers to support health, comfort, and quality of life.

Every resident comes to Fairview with different needs, preferences, routines, and goals.
Our team develops an individualized plan of care and provides the support each person needs while preserving dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible.
Skilled Nursing Services Include:

Skilled Nursing is generally appropriate for individuals who need ongoing 24-hour nursing care and support for complex or chronic health needs.
Rehabilitation is typically a shorter-term stay focused on recovery after surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization, with the goal of helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Once Fairview is confirmed as an appropriate fit, our admissions team will guide you through the remaining paperwork and coordinate admission.
